Accountmanagement at Talent Sourcing Partner
As an Accountmanager, you will be responsible for clients within one of the three commercial clusters at Talent Sourcing Partner. A cluster consists of several Accountmanagers specialized in either temporary staffing or recruitment, a Talent Coordinator, and a Talent Manager. As an Accountmanager, your responsibilities include realizing growth of the cluster, managing all client relationships, and maintaining contact with candidates.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • (Strategic) Account Management: You will manage existing relationships with accounts through extensive personal contact with both clients and candidates, both in person and online.
    • Candidate selection: You will do intakes with candidates. During these interviews you will help them to understand themselves and their careers needs. You will make sure everyone has a positive experience with us and gets some positive feedback from the interview. Th
  • Internal Stakeholder: You will be responsible for collaborating with other Accountmanagers within your own cluster and from other clusters. You will also be in close contact with Talent Acquisition Managers and Business Development to align supply and demand.
  • Client Partner: You will be a partner for the clients you work with, focusing not only on solving short-term issues but also on long-term challenges and building relationships.
  • Internal Processes: You will be responsible for executing and keeping all internal processes up to date.
  • Identifying and seizing opportunities: You have the freedom to contribute your own ideas and implement them. There are plenty of opportunities within our growing organization, and you can determine your own success!
