Update about the Corona Virus
Over the last couple of days, it has become clear that the Coronavirus has a major impact on our society. Every day there are new developments that make it difficult to look far ahead. Even today, we would like to be there for you as a sparring partner and advisor. Therefore with this blog, we would like to share with you the most important information and advice regarding working via Studentflex during the Coronavirus:
We advise you to keep a close eye on, and follow up on the latest news and advice from the government via the website of the RIVM (National Institute for Public Health and the Environment);
Your working conditions during the outbreak depend 100% on the agreements that the client applies. Make sure that you are continuously and well informed about these agreements through your operational manager. You may be asked to work less hours or more hours. We would like to ask you to think along towards the client;
Working from home
When you work from home, we would like to ask you to deal with this in a flexible, but above all, in a responsible and mature manner. Pay particular attention to the observance of the GDPR laws and regulations that apply within your client. If these laws and regulations are not known to you, please ask your operational manager. If you have a laptop from the client on loan, use it only for work-related purposes and within the set working hours!
For all your questions about the Coronavirus, we have set up a special email address: email@example.com. You can continue to mail all your regular questions about payrolling to: firstname.lastname@example.org. As usual, your account manager is available for all other questions;
Studentflex works from home and stays in contact with our candidates and clients via video and (forwarded) telephone. This keeps us up to date on all levels and allows us to continue our regular activities. So, if your fellow-students have some (extra) time for a side job, they are more than welcome to subscribe via our website!
To close off, pay attention to yourself and each other. We’ll get there together!
